The CI-1 and CI-2 Evaluations are interrelated and are completed together.
After
completing the CI-1 and CI-2 Clinics:
The coach submits a Competition Introduction Evaluation Request Form (Form CF-02) to the O.R.A. office accompanied by a $75.00 cheque made payable to the
Ontario Ringette Association.
Upon receipt of the Request Form and cheque, the O.R.A. office notifies the
appropriate Regional Coaching Co-ordinator.
The Regional Coaching Co-ordinator contacts an appropriate Coaching Evaluator,
who contacts the coach to set up a time for the Evaluation.
Upon completion of the Evaluation the Evaluator will:
Send the proper documentation and an Expense Claim to the
O.R.A. office; and
Notify the coach whether they have completed the Evaluation successfully or
not and send the coach a copy of the completed Evaluation.
The O.R.A. office, upon receiving the proper documentation, sends a cheque
for $75.00 to the Evaluator..
